All Behind-the-Wheel (BTW) lessons are taught by a state-certified instructor and include: -Customized lessons based on driver's experience and skill level. -Student pickup and dropoff at a predetermined location of your choice. -Focused instruction aimed at building life-long defensive driving habits. -Helpful tips and coaching to help your teen get the most value out of each lesson. -Techniques to avoid distracted driving.

Includes pick-up, driving skills exam review, transportation to a Leon County driver exam site, use of the vehicle during the driver exam, and return drop-off. Our exam vehicle is a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Rental includes all fees and applicable taxes. IMPORTANT: The Leon County Tax Collector / Driver Examiner requires an appointment. Expect your appointment to last approximately 45 minutes from arrival at the testing location to receiving your driver license. Please schedule your pickup time with Burgess Driving School approximately 90 MINUTES before your Driving Test appointment time. This will allow enough time to practice the driving skills that will be on the exam and arrive to the testing location on time.
